Professional growth is often shaped by moments of recognition, encouragement, and learning. One such memorable milestone for me came through the “Training on AutoCAD: 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling” organized by the Women Engineers Chapter (WEC), Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB). During the course, we were assigned to submit AutoCAD-based plan drawings as part of our practical evaluation. It was both a challenging and enriching task that allowed me to apply my technical knowledge, attention to detail, and creativity in drafting. A particularly proud moment came when ENGR. ISRAT JAHAN (JASMIN) Mam, Secretary of WEC, IEB, announced that out of all the submitted works, six projects had been selected as the best.
