This is mainly the ticket counter of The project Bangladesh Greater Dhaka Sustainable Urban Transport Project (BRT -Gazipur to Dhaka). Mainly 400mmx400mm local rustic tiles has been used to decorate the outside of the ticket counter. From Collgetegate to Open University all are done under supervision of me(Engr Aditya Dev).
Electric Room Outside 400mm x400mm rustic tiles installion procedure:
1.Pour the dry tiles into water about 24hrs before installion.
2.Chipping the rcc surface.
3.Apply Grouting.
4.Cement mortar thickness about 12-15mm.
Curing after rustic tiles installation. In hot summer days curing has been done twice a day. In winter days once in a day curing has been done. After tiles installation curing has been done about Seven days.
From road level 7feet rustic tiles outside the washroom. There are two washroom situated both side of the electric room.
The rustic tiles installation outside the electric room ongoing. Half of the installation has been done already.
Finishing Scenerio:
Electric Room
Electric room ( elevator- escalator machine room, generator room) outside rustic tiles has been completed.
Washroom Outside
Both Washrooms outside rustic tiles(local) installation have been completed.
