Professional growth is often shaped by moments of recognition, encouragement, and learning. One such memorable milestone for me came through the “Training on AutoCAD: 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling” organized by the Women Engineers Chapter (WEC), Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
During the course, we were assigned to submit AutoCAD-based plan drawings as part of our practical evaluation. It was both a challenging and enriching task that allowed me to apply my technical knowledge, attention to detail, and creativity in drafting.
A particularly proud moment came when ENGR. ISRAT JAHAN (JASMIN) Mam, Secretary of WEC, IEB, announced that out of all the submitted works, six projects had been selected as the best. I am deeply honored that my work was recognized among those selected. This acknowledgment not only validated my effort but also strengthened my confidence in my technical abilities.
The experience became even more special when I received my certificate in front of an audience from respected professionals—Chairman ENGR. SHAHANAZ SHARMIN RITA, Vice Chairman ENGR. DILRUBA FARZANA, and ENGR. ISRAT JAHAN (JASMIN). Standing before such distinguished engineers and receiving recognition from them was truly a moment of pride and inspiration.
This training program was more than just a technical course—it was an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow within a professional environment. I am sincerely grateful to WEC, IEB for organizing such an impactful initiative that supports young engineers in developing practical skills.
Recognition like this serves as motivation to continue striving for excellence. As I move forward in my career, I remain committed to continuous learning, skill development, and contributing meaningfully to the field of engineering.
পেশাগত উন্নয়নের পথে কিছু মুহূর্ত থাকে যা আমাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস ও অনুপ্রেরণাকে নতুন মাত্রা দেয়। আমার জন্য তেমনই একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল Women Engineers Chapter (WEC), Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) আয়োজিত “Training on AutoCAD: 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling” প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি।
এই প্রশিক্ষণের অংশ হিসেবে আমাদের AutoCAD ব্যবহার করে প্ল্যান ড্রয়িং জমা দিতে হয়েছিল, যা ছিল একটি চ্যালেঞ্জিং এবং শিক্ষণীয় কাজ। এটি আমাকে আমার কারিগরি দক্ষতা, নিখুঁততা এবং সৃজনশীলতা প্রয়োগ করার সুযোগ দিয়েছে।
বিশেষভাবে গর্বের বিষয় ছিল যখন ENGR. ISRAT JAHAN (JASMIN) ম্যাম (Secretary, WEC, IEB) ঘোষণা করেন যে জমাকৃত সকল কাজের মধ্যে থেকে ৬টি সেরা কাজ নির্বাচন করা হয়েছে, এবং আমার কাজটি সেই তালিকায় অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়েছে। এই স্বীকৃতি আমার পরিশ্রমকে মূল্যায়ন করার পাশাপাশি আমার আত্মবিশ্বাস আরও বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে।
আরও স্মরণীয় হয়ে ওঠে মুহূর্তটি, যখন সম্মানিত Chairman ENGR. SHAHANAZ SHARMIN RITA, Vice Chairman ENGR. DILRUBA FARZANA, এবং ENGR. ISRAT JAHAN (JASMIN) ম্যামের কাছ থেকে সবার সামনে সার্টিফিকেট গ্রহণ করি। এমন গুণী ব্যক্তিদের উপস্থিতিতে এই স্বীকৃতি পাওয়া সত্যিই গর্বের এবং অনুপ্রেরণামূলক অভিজ্ঞতা।
এই প্রশিক্ষণ শুধুমাত্র একটি টেকনিক্যাল কোর্স ছিল না, বরং এটি ছিল শেখা, সংযোগ তৈরি করা এবং পেশাগতভাবে নিজেকে উন্নত করার একটি সুযোগ। এমন একটি কার্যকর উদ্যোগ আয়োজনের জন্য আমি WEC, IEB-এর প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করছি।
এই ধরনের স্বীকৃতি আমাকে ভবিষ্যতে আরও ভালো করার অনুপ্রেরণা দেয়। আমি আমার পেশাগত জীবনে ধারাবাহিকভাবে শেখা, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং প্রকৌশল খাতে অবদান রাখার জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
